Pris Roos (1984) is a multidisciplinary artist, researcher, and storyteller. Her practice spans painting, spoken word, video, performance, and installations. In her work, she explores themes such as identity—including her own lived experience as a queer woman with a bicultural background—migration, (chosen) family, and memory. She intertwines personal stories with those of others, thereby giving a voice to people who, like her, move between different cultures and identities. In this way, her practice forms a bridge between personal histories and a shared collective memory.
